Framework Convention on Climate Change, UN FCCC (UN Climate Change, with attachments) entity tasked with supporting the global response to the threat of climate change. More than 180 countries have signed the Framework Convention, and have committed themselves to reducing CO2 emissions to the atmosphere. Energy and transport are two industries with enormous potential for transformation and CO2 reduction.

Figure 1 shows the existing (we will call the old) energy supply model. The energy in the old model moves from large generation to the consumer, which in the case of large consumption makes it easy to administer by increasing additional generation. The efficiency of this model is not more than 30% and this model is dirty.

Figure 1

This old model has already begun transforming into a new energy supply model. In the new model (Figure 2), generation is in close proximity to consumption. This model is up to 50% efficient and this model is clean. This new model has one drawback, the energy in the new model moves in different directions, which makes balancing difficult.

Utility will be facing:
– In the smart grid of the future, generation will not follow consumption
– when demand rises, the preferred solution would not be more generation
– Utility will look at gaining more efficiency with their existing assets
– The smart grid of the future will be able to optimize the use of its assets, reduce losses, curtail unnecessary load, and ensure sustainable rationality between what could be economically generated and the load that has to be serviced.

There are many solutions on the market, but implementation flexibility is limited by the compatibility of IoT technologies. As a result, it is impossible to build cost-efficient business models and manage the price of the project.
We have 10 years experience in implementing various solutions for balancing distributed generation. We build all our solutions on our Embee IoT platform.  which has a wide ecosystem of equipment suppliers.  We use the components (smart meters, sensors, microinverters, street fixtures, etc.) for our solutions from the best manufacturers with the best characteristics and prices that satisfy the requirements of the final solution. A wide ecosystem of suppliers and a flexible and secure communication Embee IoT platform allows us to quickly enter any market with any financial offer.
